Case preparation for immigration law firms
A checked, complete packet, ready for your review.
Arcadia reads your clients' documents, checks names, dates and addresses across every page, and hands your attorney an issues report and an organized packet index. Starting with marriage-based green card cases.
Arcadia informs; attorneys advise. Every finding cites the document and page it came from.

Your team's best hours go to cross-checking paper.
Chasing documents
Clients send photos, scans and emails over weeks, and someone has to keep track of what's still missing.
Checking by hand
A name spelled two ways, a date that doesn't match, a prior marriage with no divorce decree. Small details, easy to miss across dozens of pages.
Assembling the packet
Matching every document to the checklist and building the index takes time your attorneys could spend on judgment.
How it works
AI reads. Code checks. Your attorney decides.
-
Your firm
Share the case documents
Passports, certificates, records and relationship evidence, as PDFs or phone photos, through your firm's own secure file sharing.
-
Arcadia
Read, organize, check
AI reads each document into structured fields and notes the page each one came from. Plain, tested code then compares them across documents and against your checklist.

Your attorney
Review and decide
You receive an issues report, an organized packet index and the extracted data. Every finding cites its source. All legal judgment stays with you.

Our principles
Arcadia informs. Attorneys advise.
No legal advice, ever
Arcadia extracts, organizes and flags. It never says whether someone qualifies or what to file. Those calls belong to licensed attorneys.
Built for law firms
We work for firms, not directly with the public. Your clients stay your clients.
Client documents, handled with care
Documents are used only to prepare your firm's case. They are never sold, never used for advertising, and kept only as long as needed.
Flat fees, never a share
Firms pay flat fees. Arcadia never takes a percentage of attorney fees and never sells placement.
Design partners
Now inviting a small group of immigration firms.
We're working closely with a handful of small firms in Southern California to shape Arcadia around how you actually work. Our aim: a checked, complete packet, ready for your review, in days instead of weeks.

Team
Built in Irvine, California.
Arcadia is named for a place of peace and harmony. We're building a calmer path through U.S. immigration, starting with the firms who guide people through it.
Murphy Wang
Founder & CEO
Murphy studied International Studies at UC Irvine. Before Arcadia he worked across many industries and roles, and opened a coffee shop straight out of school, a lesson in building something from nothing. He believes AI can bring a real leap in productivity to legal work, and founded Arcadia to help immigration attorneys spend more of their time practicing law.
Leon Li
Co-founder & CRO
Leon graduated from UC Santa Barbara and built his career in technology sales and marketing. He leads Arcadia's work with law firms, and believes software built around how small firms really work can change how legal work gets done.
